Go COUGARS

Today was the first BYU football game of the year and Logans first football game ever. It was a lot of fun. He had so much fun. He jumped and played, and even took a little nap. He was really good until the last quarter when he started getting hungry and a little restless so i missed the last quarter. Bummer. Good thing it was only the first game. We had so much fun at Logans first game (and doesn't he look like a stud in his BYU gear). But the day had to come to and end.

And it looks like it ended at the perfect time for Logan. He slept the whole way home.
Oh and ps BYU beat Northern Iowa 41-17. It was awesome!!!

Logan the lion

Today Hilary and i were at shopko and we were getting some crates for my mom. Hilary put a crate over Logans head and we were saying he was a lion in his cage and he was laughing and clapping, he loved it. We took the crate off his head and he started yelling at us. He was so mad that we would take away his cage. So we let him be a lion throughout the rest of our shopping. That little boy sure gets whatever he wants. We are all definitely pushovers. But he is so much fun!!

Last night we had an olympic party at my aunt and uncles house. It was a lot of fun. Everyone was told to bring a food from another country so David had the idea to bring a japanese inspired rice krispy treat (fake sushi) and here it is. It is rice krispy treat with a swedish fish rolled in green sugar crystals. They were really good.

Here is my team at the awards ceremony. We were team Great Britain. We did so awesome. Littlest splash competition was almost ours until South Africa took it from under our nose. But it was such a fun night!!

So on Saturday night David and his brothers had a guys night so my sister and I and Logan went to the beach party at gardner village. Here Logan and I are just having fun doing fun pictures.

Here is Logan doing i cheesy smile in his awesome Hawaiian shirt. He is so funny when he does that smile. It makes me laugh everytime. That was such a fun night. We had snow cones and there were dancers. Very fun!!

Alright so i think i am the worst blogger ever. First i wanted to get a cuter background and it took me forever but i finally figured it out. I was so proud of myself. Then i wanted to add a slide show of some summer pictures and that took me forever to figure out but i finally did it. But it turned out when i finally figured out the slide show i accidentally added it twice!! I am the dumbest person when is comes to the computer but finally once again i figured it out. It took me about a half an hour to be able to get the second one deleted. This blogging thing might take a little bit more getting used to than i thought.

Today was a pretty uneventful day so i will just write some more about our fun summer. Here we are at the Kennecot copper mine. I think this picture is so funny cause logan looks almost like a little doll next the the tire. He is so tiny. That was such a fun day. We went to the copper mine then to the park for lunch and then swimming. I love our Wednesday afternoon adventures. We have had a lot of adventures this summer. It has been great and i am already dreading the cold!!

We have done a lot of fun things this summer. He we are at the gateway fountains. Logan loves playing in water so we decided to let him play in it. He was really enjoying himself until David put him too close to one of the fountains and logan leaned over to look at the hole and the water shot up into his face. He did not enjoy that. But it was fun to watch him enjoying himself.

Logan firsts

I can't believe how fast the time goes when you have a baby. It seems like Logan was just born a couple months ago but he is already 7 1/2 months. And the last week he has had so many firsts. Here he is eating his first tomato that grandpa Johnson grew. He loved it. He also got his first tooth on Tuesday. Also he is now saying DA DA DA DA. It is not directed toward David but we are working on that. Lately is seems like big steps he is taking are coming in multiples. I can't wait for everything that is ahead!!

Here we are at Lagoon as you can see getting sopping wet. David, Logan, and I went with Emily, Hilary and the four youngest Aulai kids. Everyone helped out with Logan a lot(especially Emily. She took care of him while we went on all the rides.) The day would definitely not had happened if we hadn't had all the help. It was a lot of fun!!

Quinney Corner

So i finally set up a blog. For all of you out there who kept telling me i needed to here it is. I am really the least creative person ever so who knows what i am going to write about, but i guess i will get used to it and hopefully things just come to me.
